Sarah went out of her to make our daughter feel comfortable. Our daughter can be shy, but Sarah found gentle ways to crack her shell and have our daughter open up. Sarah also was communicative about the status of our kids and courteous of our home.
Sarah was creative in problem solving, and very nurturing towards our children.
We have been so lucky to have Heather helping us out!
