Hi! I am graduating with my BSW very soon and I will be continuing my education in the Master’s Program in the fall. I have a lot of experience with children, and I absolutely love caring for them. I have babysat for family friends and neighbors, as well as in a children’s ministry throughout high school, and in a child watch area within a gym. I am going to be an orientation leader for NMSU this summer, but I am hoping to also babysit on the days/weeks I don’t have orientations!

Hi there! My name is Marina and I am a nursing student at NMSU! I’ve been babysitting since I was in the 7th grade where I started as a mommy’s helper and watched an old elementary school teachers children for a few hours twice a week I continued to sit for this family until I graduated high school 2 kids became 4 and just like the family my responsibilities grew! I also have experience as a nursing assistant at a pediatricians office and I’m CPR and Infant CPR certified! After working in pediatrics I couldn’t decide if I loved working with kids or medicine so I worked at the local YMCA after school program turns out I loved both! I nannied this last summer full time before coming down to college and we had so much fun I pride myself in taking the best care of kids like family would and in the end it always pays off with lasting relationships! I am 23 years old and have been a Gainesville resident since 2019. The majority of my family lives here and I’m currently enrolled part time at Santa Fe Community College. I have cared for and worked with children my whole life. I was an assistant coach for kids golf USA at palm coast golf course when it was originally owned by Kemper sports. And I have also provided post birth care for my cousin and my sister in law following their births. As well as helping to care for their children. I have previously worked as a home health aid so I do have my CPR, AED, and first aid certifications.
