Hello! My name is Ella! I have worked with children for as long as I can remember. I come from a big family and have always had the heart for kids. I work as a behavior technician at inner circle autism network. Being able to advocate for kids who have autism has been one of my greatest blessings. In my free time I love to run. A little about me! I graduated from UA with a bachelor’s degree in human development and I currently am in grad school for my MBA. Post graduation, I worked at a preschool for 1.5 years in the 2-3 year old classroom as a lead teacher. Throughout college, I nannied for a set of 2 year old twins for 2 years before they went to pre-k. I currently nanny for a sweet 2 year old boy, but he will be starting pre-k at the beginning of August.
