It is my belief that children are active citizens now, not in training. Children have an amazing creativity and imagination to them that makes working with this age group, a joy. They often teach me just as much as I teach them. I started working with kids when I was 14! I started off babysitting and tutoring neighborhood kids. As I grew older, I worked at a children's amusement park in Phoenix before moving up to Flagstaff to study early childhood and special education.
