Hello. I'm a 21-year-old college student and my major is in Early Education. I have always loved being around kids and I have 7 siblings. I started working with kids in 2021 at a preschool where I was an Assistant Preschool Teacher and then in 2022 I became a lead preschool teacher for summer. After that I started going to school in person so I worked at a Playcare and I just stopped working there 2 weeks ago to move to Denton where UNT is closer so I can finish my degree. I have a passion for doing activities and crafts with little ones and dancing to music with them.

Hello I’m Khushi, pronounced like sushi but with a K. I am a full time student at the University of the Incarnate Word following their pre physical therapy track receiving a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Sciences and a minor in Psychology. I’m an extremely social person so I get along great with kids of all ages and have great communication when it comes to parents or guardians. For many years I served as a youth leader in which I worked with kids from preschool to eighth grade. I was responsible for helping the kids get from one place to another, conducting and supervising activities which I created based upon learning needs, helping prepare and provide snacks, as well as keeping constant communication with parents and providing details of the child’s behavior and any other possible concerns. I also have a BLS Certification through the American Heart Association, meaning I am certified in First aid, as well as adult, child, and infant CPR. The training I received to attain this certification gives me confidence in my ability to keep children safe when they are within my care.
