Hi! My name is Lily and I am currently enrolled to be a Ballet Pedagogy major at the University of Hartford. My babysitting experience includes babysitting for a family with four children for around three years, ages six, four, and two. I took a trip to Florida as a nanny for this family. I also babysat for a family of four girls, ages seven, five, three, and one, for date nights and such for three years. After this I babysat for a family with two children, ages two and 10 months, for around a year. During all babysitting jobs I enjoy playing outside with kids, reading stories to them, playing games, encouraging imagination, and doing arts and crafts. Additionally, if there is extra time or during nap time I will clean/tidy up, do the dishes, and organize as requested. My main focus is always engaging with kids, so that we can have a fun time while being safe. I am additionally CPR and First Aid certified by the American Heart Association. Some of my hobbies are hanging out with friends, being outside/hiking, trying new coffee shops, watercolor painting, being with my sheepadoodle, cooking and baking, and lately, swing dancing!

Hello! I want to introduce myself and if you are interested, see if we are a good fit as a team. Although I am originally from Houston, Texas, I have lived in Hartford, CT for the past 6 years. I came to the Northeast originally for college, receiving my Bachelors of Science in Psychology and Education from Trinity College, but fell in love with the region (well mostly the weather) and stayed. I work to make Hartford not just the place I live, but my home. That principle of community engagement extends beyond what I do for work. Apart from my extensive work experience related to human services, I volunteer serving meals to homeless folks in my neighborhood and serve on the Mayorβs LGBTQ+ Commission for the city of Hartford. Outside of work and volunteering, I spend my time biking around the city to explore local restaurants, knitting and sewing my clothes, and caring for my cat, Fern. I live my life according to the values of respect, dignity, equity, and curiosity, and would bring those values to serve you and your family and would work quickly to learn your values. What makes me qualified for this position is not only my work experience, but my boundless passion and energy for service.

Hi! My name is Danielle, I am 28 years old and I have been the βgo to sitterβ for my family, friends, and friends and family of others since receiving my babysitting certificate at the young age of 12. I have a wide range of dedicated experience including nurturing infants, toddlers, preschoolers and early school aged children through their most developmental years. I am an entrepreneur newly licensed in real estate as well as assisting my family business in the steam cleaning industry. In my free time I enjoy decorating, going out to eat at small local restaurants, boat and bike rides, the beach, and trying to catch the sunset any chance I get. Most recently, for 6 years I had the privilege of being a nanny for a family with 2 children aged 9 months and 3 years which soon later turned into 3 children. I assisted with daily needs as well as vacations whether it be all of us on vacation or just the parents while I stayed at their home with the children. This family became my second family and I was heartbroken to have to deliver the news of my relocating. Our days included reading books, making puzzles, playing games, and lots of outdoor time whether it be a walk, bike ride, trip to the park or even playing in the yard. I am a huge advocate for using imagination and being creative both indoors and outdoors. I enjoy arts and crafts almost as much as the kids do. I also assisted with taking the kids to activities such as swim lessons, soccer, baseball, and gymnastics. Beyond the fun, I understand the importance of everyday routines. Whether itβs preparing meals, helping with laundry, or light housekeeping, I am dedicated to ensuring that every aspect of a childβs day is filled with care and attention. As your babysitter, I am committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for your little ones. I canβt wait to embark on new adventures and create lasting memories together. Thank you for taking the time to consider me and I look forward to meeting you to see if we are a great fit for each other.
