Hello! My name is Caitlin and I am a Biology Masters Student at VCU. I have been babysitting and nannying since I was about 13 (I’m 23 now!). I’m the oldest of five and I’ve been living between Richmond and my hometown, Virginia Beach, since 2019. I am a 2022 VCU alum and I returned to VCU this past fall to continue my education. I am working on my thesis through the VCU Coastal Plant Ecology Lab where I study dune grasses and coastal ecosystems. Additionally, I am a biology lab TA and I teach two lab sections each week. In my free time I enjoy hiking, sewing, gardening, and yoga. I am passionate about education and childcare and am looking to help families when I can. Hello! I am a senior at UTC majoring in exercise science. I also work as a tech for summit physical therapy. I have my own transportation and am comfortable with any age! I also have experience in working with people on the Autism Spectrum. In my spare time I enjoy exercising, being outside, going on picnics, going to the movies, and reading. I never pass up a trip to the splash pad or the zoo! I love to play with the kids and never say no to a good game. While I am at home, in Birmingham Alabama, I am a caretaker for an elderly neighbor who is suffering from Alzheimer’s. I babysit in my spare time when I am not with her!

I finished grad school Spring ‘23 and am newly married so love this way of offsetting my expenses outside of my 9-5. CPR certified, fully COVID vaccinated + boosted!
