As a first year college student who has never once lived in a city until now, I am just finding out about all of the opportunities available to me. Taking care of children has always been one of my absolute favorite things to ever do; I am extremely grateful this platform has given me the opportunity to seek out gigs that do not ever feel incredibly tedious to me, or even like a a job at all. I love interacting with children in all types of ways including tutor-like skills when necessary. In high school, I lived in one very small town where I had begun to offer piano lessons to our community, and that was one of the most rewarding experiences I have ever experienced.
