I graduated summa cum laude from UGA with degrees in journalism and international affairs in May 2023. During my time in college, I was very involved in UGA HEROs, a student-led nonprofit organization. I was also a campus tour guide and I had a fellowship with the journalism school! I'm now living in Atlanta and I work in health communications at the CDC.I'm originally from Greenville, SC. I have been babysitting since I was in high school and I want to start again now that I'm in Atlanta!I have the most experience with kids who are toddlers or older, but am definitely open to babysitting younger children too!

I am a mom of 3 grown children. I was a stay at home mom and loved every minute of it. I know how important it is to have reliable babysitters you can trust. I have a degree in education and recently returned to the classroom last summer. I love children! I currently teach preK every day until 1:00, but am available afterwards. Fun fact: I am also a professional organizer!

I know guys are less preferred , but I do very well with kids. My family is huge and Iβve got tons of young cousins Iβve helped care for/watched. Im an uncle to 3 young boys between 3 months old and 4 years. When the first was born I was living with my sister since her location was close to a summer internship and helped care for him as needed. Why babysit? Well i work full time already with a good job but im expecting a child in about 2 months and im trying to prepare better financially. Also I enjoy kids and additional time with them could help me for my own here shortly! I get along well with kids because Iβm an βeverythingβ type. I can be outdoor sports guy to gaming all day to imagining Iβm a princess that dragons are after if I need to. Very fit and active and can also sit and watch movies. Iβd never try to teach you kids my politics or beliefs, I will simply care for them, make sure they are safe, give them a friend to hangout with while your away, and if any advice is needed, it will be the basic, itβs good to share, be kind to others. Etc.

Hello! My name is Lauren and I am looking to babysit on weekends to help support families. I have a Master's in Behavioral Analysis form UGA and many years of experience in child development and teaching, especially teaching skills in very early developmental stages (such as toilet training and early speech). While I am a professional (currently working at CHOA on weekdays), I'm looking to save up for a home and hopefully, my Ph.D in child development. I would love to help you all in any way that I can! I do not smoke, am CPR certified, and have reliable transportation. Thank you for your time!
