I’ve always loved kids, helping out with kids in my family and church nursery since I was young.I have a dance background (training for around 12 years competitively) and worked as a dance teacher for all ages at two studios. I also have lifeguarding experience, so I have certifications in CPR, first aid, and AED skills. I’m a student at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, pursuing a degree in Philosophy with an ethics concentration and a minor in Healthcare Management. However I’m considering the UABTeach program so I would be certified to teach stem in schools as well.
