I currently attend the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point and am looking for a job for this coming summer that could hopefully go into the following school year! For the past two years, when I have not been at college, I would be working in my hometown, Spooner, at a learning center called Creative Kids. I got a lot of experience working with infants ranging from 4 months - 1 year and also toddlers 1-3 years. When I would be in the infant room, I would bottle feed, support developmental activities (i.e. tummy time, sensory play, and interactive play), along with introducing to foods. In the toddler room we would do a lot of outdoor play, crafts, and pretend play. I also occasionally got to work with the kindergarteners with their school activities! I enjoy being with kids and doing fun age-appropriate activities! I am also certified to be a daycare teacher, and have taken CPR and first aid training.
