Hi! I am a second year child and adolescent major at Point Loma Nazarene University! I have been in childcare for two years, going on three now. In high-school I began assisting with dance classes at my dance studio, and by my senior year of high-school, I was a part-time teacher there. I taught 2-6 year olds, and I loved it so much. Teaching dance made me realize my passion of working with children and being an active member of their growth and milestones. Becoming a dance teacher is actually what made me decide that child development was the career path for me! I taught dance at Best Foot Forward Dance Studio my senior year of high-school through my freshman year of college, and then began nannying for a one year old little girl over the past summer! To help you get to know a little bit about me, aside from working with kiddos and being in school, my favorite things to do are spend time with friends and family, go on coffee dates, do yoga, and go on walks!
