I grew up the oldest of 5, so I’ve had childcare experience from day one! I taught kids’ Sunday school classes and babysat throughout my preteen/teen years, and since then most of my work experience, whether through ministry or nonprofit, has been with children from kindergarten through high school. Through work experience and my own family, I have experience with autism, emotional dysregulation, and a variety of typical challenging childhood experiences. I love the creativity, joy, and imagination that kids provide to this world, and I wish everyone valued them more.
