Hello, I’m Teresa! I am a recent UVM graduate now living in central Vermont and working for the state. I’m excited to get to know folks in the area and get involved in the community! I have experience working in childcare in camp settings (overnight and day camps) for 5+ years, through therapeutic horseback riding, and as a babysitter for elementary age children. As an older sister to siblings with disabilities, I am very attuned to working with special needs and other complexities. In my free time I am often on a trail, in a lake, or crafting something new. In middle school and high school, I worked at my local synagogue as a youth group leader, where I would supervise groups of 3-10 children during Shabbat and Holiday services. I worked as a camp counselor at a day camp for three summers. The camp I worked at had an inclusion program for neurodiverse and disabled kids.
