Duties include feeding, diaper changing, and engaging in stimulating activities. Patience, reliability, and ability to foster a positive environment are essential. Certification in CPR and first aid is preferred. Must have strong communication skills and be able to follow specific instructions. Trustworthiness and integrity are key.
