School Travel Coordinator near the Gateway Community College (AZ). Plan and organize travel arrangements for students and staff. Coordinate transportation, accommodations, and activities for school trips and outings. Ensure compliance with school policies and regulations. Maintain accurate records of trip details, including itineraries and participant information. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best rates and deals for travel services. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding trip logistics and important information. Assist in the development and implementation of safety protocols and emergency procedures.
