Assisting with feeding, diaper changes, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Monitoring and engaging in age-appropriate activities to promote developmental growth. Collaborating with parents to maintain open communication and follow established routines. Demonstrating a compassionate and patient demeanor. Relevant experience and certifications preferred.
