About the Family:

Loving family in Nashville, TN, is seeking a responsible and reliable nanny for their two children, an 11-year-old girl and an 8-year-old boy. The family needs help with school drop-offs, pick-ups, and after-school activities. The 8-year-old has some anxiety with transitions, so a nanny with experience working with emotional development, anxiety, or ADHD would be a plus. The family is open to hiring one nanny for the mornings and a separate nanny for the afternoons, or one nanny for both. Flexibility with additional hours (e.g., date nights) is available.

Responsibilities:

School drop-off (6:00-8:00 AM), including getting kids ready and driving them to school (10-min drive from home)

School pick-up (3:00-6:00 PM), including taking kids to after-school sports/activities

Basic supervision and occasionally warming up meals or ordering food

No homework help needed

Experience with children who experience anxiety or special needs is a plus

Qualifications:

Experience with children, particularly those with emotional or developmental needs (anxiety, ADHD)

Ability to manage school pick-ups, drop-offs, and after-school activities

Must have a reliable vehicle and a clean driving record

Flexible and open to working with a family that may have varying needs

Additional Information:

The family is open to one nanny for mornings and another for afternoons if needed

Morning hours (Mon-Thurs) are most critical, especially Monday and Tuesday
