A lovely family near Urbana, IL, is seeking a dedicated nanny for their newborn twins, due in mid-January.

Qualifications:
- Experience caring for infants and newborns
- Infant CPR certification (training reimbursement if not already certified)
- Education background in child development or related field
- Positive, energetic personality
- Looking for long term commitment

Responsibilities:
- Feeding and changing twins
- Establishing infant sleep routine
- Engaging newborns in Montessori-inspired activities
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Collaborating with parents as a team member

Additional Details:
- Family has a 14-year-old daughter (no childcare needed)
- Two dogs in the home
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Gas reimbursement provided
- Dad works from home & mom with be home as well

Rate: $20-$22/hour (negotiable)
