Collaborate with staff, parents, and vendors to ensure smooth logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and activities. Manage budgets, coordinate schedules, and conduct necessary paperwork. Maintain communication with stakeholders and provide frequent updates. Address any issues or emergencies that arise during travel. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and school policies. Assist in planning and organizing educational and enriching experiences for students.
