About the Family:
Loving family in Homewood, AL, is seeking a nurturing and reliable nanny for their 5-month-old daughter. The family has a flexible schedule with mom working from home, so you’ll be assisting primarily with baby care, developmental activities, and some light housekeeping. Dad works hybrid.


Responsibilities:

Feed and care for the 5-month-old baby (formula bottles)

Engage in age-appropriate play and activities to support developmental milestones

Take the baby on walks outdoors

Assist with nap routines and sleep training (baby sleeps through the night but struggles with naps during the day)

Support baby’s developmental milestones and early growth

Qualifications:

Previous experience caring for infants, including feeding and playtime

Knowledge of developmental milestones and sleep training (or willingness to learn)

Friendly, engaging, and proactive personality

Comfortable with light housekeeping related to the baby

Additional Information:

3-year-old sibling does not require care at this time

Mom works from home
