After-school assistance. Provide support and guidance to students outside of regular school hours. Help with homework, organize educational activities, and offer mentorship. Assist students in developing social skills and self-confidence. Monitor and ensure a safe and engaging environment. Collaborate with school staff and parents to meet individual needs. Maintain accurate records and communicate progress. Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere. Stay updated on educational trends. Support students in achieving academic goals.
