High school diploma or equivalent preferred. CPR and First Aid certification a plus. Experience working with young learners desired. Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary. Positive attitude and genuine care for children essential. Ability to multitask and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment. Must pass background check and adhere to state licensing regulations.
