Job Description

About the Family:

Wonderful family in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a dependable, loving, and engaging nanny to care for their two boys, who are almost 6 and almost 4 years old. They are looking for someone reliable to help with after-school pickups and driving to activities.  They prefer someone who is available for additional hours during school holidays and summer breaks. The family prefers a long-term arrangement, ideally for a year.

Responsibilities:

- Pick up the two boys from school

- Drive them short distances to activities and sports

- Provide loving, and engaging care to the boys

- Provide care for one or both boys in the afternoons/evenings

- Help with light meal prep, serve dinner, and clean up after meals

- Assist with bath time and putting clothes away

- Additional hours during school breaks and summer camps

Qualifications:

- Reliable and responsible caregiver

- Experience driving children and handling after-school care

- Flexibility for additional hours during school breaks and summer

- Long-term commitment preferred (ideally one year)

Additional Information:

- Pay rate: $22-25/hr, negotiable based on experience

- 10-15 hours/week during the school year

- Availability for more hours during school holidays and summer break

Schedule Notes:

- 4-5 days a week, 4:30 PM - 6:30/7 PM (flexible on days, but prefer Mon-Fri)

- Additional hours available during school breaks and summer

- Start: As soon as possible
