Job Description

Our organization is seeking a responsible and caring after-school supervisor for our program near Southeast Missouri Hospital College of Nursing and Health Sciences. The after-school supervisor will be responsible for providing a safe and supportive environment for students after school hours.

The supervisor will oversee and coordinate various activities, ensuring that students are engaged in enriching and age-appropriate activities. They will actively monitor students' behavior and ensure compliance with program rules and policies.

The supervisor will also communicate regularly with parents and guardians, providing updates on their child's progress and any issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to effectively manage a group of students, and have a genuine interest in the well-being and development of young individuals. Previous experience working with children is preferred.
