Must be reliable, attentive, and capable of multitasking. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and bond with infants are essential. Duties include feeding, diaper changes, soothing, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. Evening and weekend availability is a plus. CPR and first aid certification preferred. References required.
