I'm a friendly and outgoing caregiver with three years of experience with young children. Being around kids creates an exciting and positive work environment. I'm skilled at diffusing conflicts and communicating with parents about their child's day, but I always try to solve problems independently first. I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules, and I'm comfortable helping with carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. My passion for childcare comes from my previous babysitting roles. I love seeing the parents' relief when they know their child had a great time and that I enjoyed my time too. I strive to provide a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive. I'm optimistic, honest, funny, and communicative, and I'm always up for a game of tag or a trip to the park.
