Hi, there! Im Sydney :) Music, tattoos, and the color pink are my favorites, and I'm a newlywed! A persistent mindset landed me a diploma at 16, but it took a few more years of life to illuminate my passions for both humans and the act of advocating for those who cannot advocate for themselves (i.e., children!) I feel fulfilled to now be back in school and am grateful for how my increasing knowledge has helped me become a better caretaker (and really just a better human overall). I am very knowledgeable about concepts surrounding childhood development and am dedicated to quality, thoughtful, and engaged care in partnership with parents. I consistently promote physical, mental, and emotionaldevelopment and have over 8 collective years of experience. My main goal is to take care of your child(ren) the exact same way that you would if you were there! I am reliable, goofy, empathetic, intuitive, positive, open-minded, extroverted, kind, easy-going, playful, artistic, professional, patient, mature, understanding, flexible, adaptable, & pet friendly :)
