Hey there, amazing parents! 🌟 My name is Karalynne, and I am beyond thrilled to be considered as a nanny/babysitter 🤗 I want to assure you that your little one will be in the most loving and capable hands with me. 💕 I love have always had a deep love and passion for children, which stems from my own experience taking care of my wonderful younger siblings (10 kids, 7 boys, 3 girls). 🌈 Being a part of a big family with 10 siblings, I naturally took on the role of caregiver and nurturer, helping out my mom while she worked multiple jobs. 🏠 This experience has given me invaluable skills in understanding and meeting the unique needs of children. In addition to caring for my own siblings, I also worked at a daycare for about a year, where I gained even more hands-on experience and knowledge about child development. 🌱 It was such a joy to watch the children grow and learn, and I loved being a part of their journey. ✨I left daycare because the people who owned the company did not like me comforting the kids when they were crying they told me to “toughen them up” and I firmly don’t believe in that logic especially in children they need comfort and love in their life consistently especially when they’re away from they’re beloved parents/parent. Before moving to Tennessee, I worked as a patient care associate in the surgery field for many years, where I had the privilege of providing comfort and support to children and adults before their surgeries. 🏥 I would often bring fidget toys and use my soft-spoken voice to help ease their anxiety and create a calm environment. Seeing their smiles and knowing that I made a difference in their lives was incredibly rewarding. 😊 I am currently just one semester away from completing my Bachelor's degree in Psychology 🎓 This education has given me a deeper understanding of the importance of early childhood experiences and the impact they have on a child's overall well-being. I am committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for your little one to thrive in. 🌼 I am enthusiastic in learning from you and what you’re needs for your child would be. I am not perfect and am always open to learning and suggestions. When it comes to safety, you can rest assured knowing that I have a clean criminal record absolutely no drug use and am CPR certified for infants, children, and adults and have been for years and can provide documentation. 🚑 I prioritize creating a safe space for children to explore, learn, and grow while ensuring their well-being at all times. I also have my own reliable transportation, so getting to and from activities or appointments will never be an issue. 🚗 I also know sign language because my husbands mom is deaf. I genuinely believe that every child deserves to be surrounded by love, care, and positivity. 💖 With my gentle approach, I aim to create a warm and loving environment where your child feels secure and cherished. I have a soft spot for little ones and their innocent curiosity, and I am dedicated to making your child smile and feel loved and cared for.
