I'm Nina, I live in Berkeley, I am currently enrolled in an online AA degree program in Sociology at Santa Monica College, and I plan to transition to an online BA Sociology program at an CSU in Fall 2024. My asynchronous classes provide me with the flexibility needed for my studies. My journey with children began with caring for my young cousin and has evolved into roles in children's hospitals and NGOs. As a lead high school site assistant coordinator for a non-profit after-school program for girls, I bring over 7 years of paid childcare experience, spanning ages 2 months to 16 years. Whether as an au pair, a full-time nanny in SF, or a full-time on-call babysitter in LA, I've also managed overnight care, event babysitting, and led kids clubs with up to 10 children concurrently. From creative arts to outdoor adventures, I delight in engaging with kids and fostering their development. Beyond childcare, I find joy in the beach, running, reading, and exploring nature trails.
