Hello, I'm Ava, a CPR-certified babysitter with a wealth of experience, currently studying Math and Data Science at Northwestern University. I graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications. After undergrad I got an MFA in Writing for Children and Young Adult from Hamline. I’m from Minneapolis, but I spent about 7 years in Chicago after college. I worked at a K-8 charter school for 5 years. There I worked as a Special Education teacher and a student services coordinator. In my role as a SSC I worked with sick and injured kids and this inspired my passion to go to nursing school to work as a school nurse. Recently I’ve worked as a postpartum doula so I have a lot of experience working with infants.
