Collaborate with program staff to develop and implement educational and recreational programs. Maintain records and assist with daily administrative tasks. Promote positive behavior and ensure the well-being of students. Support program evaluation and improvement efforts. Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders. Familiarity with youth development and ability to work in a team setting. Relevant experience and a passion for working with students is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.
