Must be understanding, patient, and compassionate. Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disorders preferred. Must have strong communication skills and ability to create a safe and comfortable environment. Duties include meal preparation, medication management, hygiene assistance, and participation in recreational activities. Genuine interest in enhancing the individual's quality of life is essential. CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
