Job Description

Nestled in our three-year-old church plant in Hoover, our family loves turning storytime into a 'Chutes and Ladders' adventure. Caring for 5-8 babies and 5-15 preschoolers in separate rooms, we ensure each child feels special. "We believe every child is a unique piece of our colorful puzzle!"

Pay: $22 per hour

Responsibilities

• • Provide attentive supervision for babies and preschoolers in designated areas
• • Plan and lead interactive games and learning activities using toys like LEGO and Play-Doh
• • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all children

Qualifications

• • Prior experience in childcare or preschool settings
• • Ability to create engaging and educational activities
• • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
