Part-Time Nursery Assistant

Job Description

We're a church nursery in San Antonio, TX, looking for an extra pair of hands to assist our wonderful team! We adore the energy our little ones bring, and we're always looking for someone to share in the joy. My daughter, Lily, insists that every day needs at least one tea party with her stuffed animal, Mr. Snuggles, so you'll be expected to participate in at least one a day! We typically care for 4-10 children, aged 6 months to 4 years. This is a fun opportunity to use your caring nature and nurturing personality to make a difference in the lives of young children, and hopefully, Mr. Snuggles' day. Pay is $22/hour.

We love to sing, play, and learn together, making it a positive and rewarding experience for both the kids and our team members. We're all about making memories and fostering connections.

Responsibilities

• • Assisting with basic cleaning and tidying up the nursery
• • Caring for children, including feeding, changing diapers, and playtime
• • Creating a safe and welcoming environment for the children

Qualifications

• • Experience working with young children (6 months - 4 years)
• • Ability to engage children in playful and educational activities
• • A kind and patient personality
