Responsibilities
• Pick up Max and Lily from school and walk them safely home
• Prepare healthy snacks and assist with homework
• Plan creative activities and playtime
• Maintain a tidy play area
• Communicate with parents about the kids' daily experiences

Qualifications
• Previous babysitting experience preferred
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality
• CPR certification a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Must be reliable and punctual
