We are the Thompson family, and we're looking for a caring and dependable babysitter for our two wonderful children, Emily and Noah, ages 6 and 4. We're based near New York, NY and love to explore the city's many parks, museums, and events. We need someone who can commit to weekday afternoons, especially to manage school pick-ups and create a fun and engaging environment until we return from work. Having experience with young children will be a plus. Our ideal candidate will bring creativity and enthusiasm, making the afterschool hours a time filled with laughter and learning. Responsibilities
• Pick up Emily and Noah from school and safely bring them home.
• Plan and carry out engaging and educational activities.
• Prepare and serve snacks and meals as needed.
• Maintain a tidy play space and ensure children's safety.
• Occasionally assist with homework or school projects.

Qualifications
• Previous experience with childcare or babysitting.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle basic first aid if needed.
