Enthusiastic Babysitter Needed for After-School Care in New York area

Job Description

We're seeking a fun and reliable babysitter to care for our energetic kids, Lily and Max, aged 5 and 7, respectively, in New York area. You will be responsible for picking them up from their nearby school, assisting with homework, and creating engaging activities to keep their afternoons exciting. Our children love arts and crafts, so a creative spirit would be a perfect fit! Light meal prep for dinner and some assistance with bedtime is also required. If you have experience in managing energetic kiddos with a loving yet firm hand, we’d love to hear from you. Lastly, we value punctuality and a positive attitude that can set a good example for our children.

Responsibilities
• Pick children up from school and ensure safe transport home
• Assist with homework and educational activities
• Plan creative and engaging activities
• Prepare light meals for dinner
• Assist in bedtime routines

Qualifications
• Previous babysitting experience preferred
• Love for creativity and arts & crafts
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong communication skills
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
