Seeking a Creative Babysitter for Evening Care in New York

Job Description

We are looking for a vibrant and creative babysitter to spend a few evenings a week with our daughter, Mila, who is nine. Mila loves painting, dancing, and listening to stories. She’s a curious and energetic child who benefits from someone who can match her creativity and enthusiasm. Additionally, we have a friendly golden retriever named Max, and caring for him will be necessary once Mila goes to bed. We live in a cozy apartment on the Upper East Side, close to Central Park, which offers wonderful play opportunities. Being part of our family for a few evenings a week will be a rewarding experience. Please reach out if you’re passionate about art, animals, and children’s development.

Responsibilities
• Engage Mila in creative activities and crafts
• Ensure safety in play both indoor and outdoor
• Prepare simple snacks and meals
• Walk Max, the family dog, before leaving
• Assist with bedtime routine, including storytime

Qualifications
• Experience with school-aged children, emphasizing creativity
• Love for dogs; comfortable with taking Max on walks
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage children
• Availability during evenings
• Reliable and punctual, with a friendly demeanor
