The ideal babysitter would be someone who is not only attentive and kind but can also manage the small home tasks like preparing the kids’ snacks and organizing playtime activities. We prefer someone who can bring fun and creativity into our kids' daily routines. Our children are ages 5 and 7, and they thrive in a structured yet joyful environment. Flexibility is appreciated, especially on weekends when we might need extra help.
