Assist in the coordination and supervision of after-school activities. Provide support to students in a safe and engaging environment. Collaborate with program staff to develop and implement educational and recreational programs. Maintain records and assist with daily administrative tasks. Promote positive behavior and ensure the well-being of students. Support program evaluation and improvement efforts. Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders. Familiarity with youth development and ability to work in a team setting. Relevant experience and a passion for working with students is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.
