School Travel Coordinator near the University of Southern California. Plan and organize travel arrangements for students and staff. Coordinate transportation, accommodations, and activities for school trips and outings. Ensure compliance with school policies and regulations. Maintain accurate records of trip details, including itineraries and participant information. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best rates and deals for travel services. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding trip logistics and important information. Assist in the development and implementation of safety protocols and emergency procedures. Provide support and guidance to staff and students during travel to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
