Must possess strong communication skills and have a passion for childcare. Good time management and multitasking abilities are essential. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Previous experience working with infants and toddlers is a plus. Must be able to maintain a safe and nurturing environment. Positive and energetic attitude required.
