Responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and development of infants. Knowledge of feeding, soothing, and maintaining proper hygiene is essential. Must be attentive, patient, and able to create a nurturing environment. Ability to support parents and adapt to their parenting methods. Basic knowledge of infant CPR and first aid preferred.
