Job Description

This is a job for Auxiliary to the Missouri Association of Osteopathic Physicians & Surgeons.
They are looking for 1 Wyndy to work with children aged 0 to 3 years old.
On April 25 and 26, 2024, the Missouri Osteopathic Annual Convention will be held at the Marriott Courtyard in Jefferson City, MO. As part of our event benefits, we are excited to offer childcare services for parents attending the convention.

Childcare Requirements:

• Dates & Times:
• Friday, April 25: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (children aged 0-4 years).
• Saturday, April 26:
• 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (children aged 0-4 years).
• 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM (children aged 0-12 years).
• Location:
• Reserved conference rooms at the Marriott Courtyard are available for your use.

Details:

• Anticipated Headcount: We expect 5-15 children, with at least 5 already confirmed. Registration will be required to provide an accurate headcount closer to the event date.
• Purpose: This is the first time we are offering childcare at our conference, and we aim to provide parents with peace of mind so they can fully engage in the event.
• Childcare Scope: Activities and supervision appropriate for each age group (0-4 during the day and 0-12 for the evening session on Saturday).
