Parents' Night Out Childcare Provider

Job Description

We're a church nursery in Dallas, TX looking for a fun and energetic childcare worker for our Parents' Night Out events. We're a family that loves playing board games – our favorite is Settlers of Catan, and we even have a miniature version for the kids! Typically, we have between 4-10 children, ages 5-9, who love to play with LEGOs and stuffed animals. This job involves basic cleaning, caring for (feeding and playing with) the little ones, and warmly welcoming our members and visitors. Our 7-year-old daughter, Lily, especially loves playing dress-up, so that will certainly be part of the fun. We pay $22 per hour.

We are a close-knit family that enjoys creating a fun environment for everyone. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is passionate about children and loves creating a positive and engaging atmosphere. We’re very flexible and always willing to work with the chosen candidate's schedule.

Responsibilities

• • Providing engaging and safe playtime for the children
• • Assisting with light cleaning and tidying up the nursery
• • Ensuring the children are properly fed and have snacks

Qualifications

• • Experience working with children aged 5-9 years old
• • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
