Babysitter Needed for Playful 4-Year-Old

Job Description

We're a fun-loving family near SMU with a quirky sense of humor – our motto is 'Embrace the chaos!' I will be coming home with my 4yo, Lily, when you arrive around 4:30pm. My husband and 9yo will arrive at 5:45 pm, and then it will be dinner time. At this point, he'll be there to assist. He will start Lily's bedtime routine at 7 pm, aiming for her to be in bed by 7:30 pm, while you assist with winding down. We love playing with Lily's favorite toys, including her 'Rainbow Unicorn' plush and her 'Magical Castle' playset! We have a very relaxed family environment, and we prefer our babysitter to be comfortable and relaxed also. We are looking for someone who can engage Lily in imaginative play, and who has some experience with the whims of a four-year-old. We have a flexible style, as long as she gets to bed on time! Our family is seeking a responsible individual. Pay is $22/hour.

Responsibilities

• • Engage Lily in playtime activities until dinner
• • Assist with dinner prep and cleanup (light help only)
• • Assist with the bedtime routine and ensure a smooth transition to sleep
