About Cara
Hello! My name is Cara and I am currently 22 years old. I graduated from Trevecca Nazarene University with my bachelor’s in Exercise Science & Nutrition. Now I currently work as a personal trainer/strength coach for adults & kiddos! I love working with all ages of kids as I volunteer at Crosspoint Church’s kids ministry! I have 10+ years of experience working with children ranging from 4 months to 13 years old. I am also CPR/ AED certified for both adult and pediatrics.
