About Olivia

Hi there! My name is Olivia, and I have been babysitting and working with children for 10+ years. I began when I was 13 (24 now!) when my dance instructor believed I would be a good sitter for her four under six due to my sweet temperament and big family (I am the 2nd of 5). When she and her husband came home from their date night, all of the kids were in their pjs, wound down for the night, and watching a movie we had all agreed upon. The rest is history! I have worked in childcare since then and have always been immersed in nurturing children some way or another. My experience entails various settings and qualifications. I have volunteered and worked at a local preschool (DELC), babysat for countless families, nannied the same family for three years, traveled with said family, and worked closely with special needs kiddos all whilst providing a loving atmosphere for children and their familial units to thrive! I look forward to working with you! **ideally, I would love to work with a family in need of a part-time nanny in the afternoons, as I am currently working part-time! I take pride in engaging in outdoor play, making crafts, helping children learn new things (such as their letters), and hands-on activities! I am not a big iPad person (but can see the benefit when it is used to help foster educational strides, routine, or communication!)
