Hello! My name is Cai M. I am a senior at the University of Illinois at Chicago, and I am a nanny with 9+ years of childcare experience seeking a new family to join! Part-time is preferred, but I am absolutely open to full-time. Ideally, I am looking for a long-term position. I worked at my church as a babysitter for 6 years changing diapers, coordinating play, integrating educational tools and ensuring safety. I then worked for a family with 2 young boys (for a span of 3 years as needed) and was involved in daily safety, educational enrichment and nutrition. My latest nannying job was with a family of 2 girls, ages 2 and 3. I washed dishes, did laundry, changed clothes, helped with household chores, meal prep and supervised playtime. I am also more than comfortable transporting children to and from activities and running errands for the entire family. I think I strike a perfect balance between nurturing and structure. I believe in partnering with the parent(s) to provide continuity of care and to honor and reinforce the parenting styles you value. I'm organized, punctual, reliable, I'm an excellent cook and cleaner and I am great with children of all ages!
